Wellmindz Return & Refund Policy

1. Our promise. We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

2. Hygiene note (please read). For health and safety reasons, skincare and cosmetic items can only be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. Tools and devices may be returned unused in original packaging with all accessories.

3. How to start a return. Email us at hello@wellmindz.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days. Return instructions, including the return address, are provided by email after your return is approved.

4. Return shipping. The customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect - in which case Wellmindz covers the return label.

5. Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected (up to 2 business days), the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return was our error.

6. Damaged, defective or incorrect items. Please email photos within 48 hours of delivery to hello@wellmindz.com. We will send a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.

7. Exceptions. Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable. Bundles must be returned complete.
